We built the tool a lean law firm actually needs. And nothing it doesn't.
Lexra started with a question that kept coming up: why paying for features firms are not using?

The tools that dominate this market are powerful, but they assume a lot. A big-firm budget. A dedicated IT person to set things up. Time to sit through demos and onboarding calls. Pricing tiers that grow more complicated the closer you look. Somewhere along the way, the firms doing the actual work (the solo practitioners, the two-to-ten person practices finding their footing) got treated as an afterthought.

We watched those firms make do.
Cases lived half in someone's inbox, half in a shared Drive, half in a filing cabinet nobody wanted to open.
A deadline sat in one person's calendar.
A document was "definitely saved somewhere."
As a firm grew and more hands touched each case, the cracks widened, and the cost of a single missed detail was never small.
The gap was obvious – these firms didn't need more features.
They needed fewer, done properly.
They needed to open one place and see every case, every document, every deadline, and know exactly where things stood and who was responsible.
They needed software that respected their time instead of demanding it.
So that's what we built.

Lexra centralizes case management, documents, deadlines, time tracking, and invoicing in one clear system. Everyone on a case sees the same picture. The right document surfaces in seconds, even mid-call.

We made deliberate choices about scope.
Lexra does what a focused firm needs every day, and it does it well, rather than stretching thin across everything a large legal department might want.
That focus is the point. It's why the product is simple to learn, fast to start using, and priced as one straightforward plan. No tiers to decode, no surprises once you're in.
We're honest about what Lexra is and isn't, because we think trust is built that way. We tell firms upfront what's in scope and what isn't, so the product never over-promises and you never feel misled by the marketing later.
Our mission is straightforward:
Give small and growing legal teams the organization, visibility, and control that larger firms take for granted, without the cost, the complexity, or the assumption that you have someone on staff to manage it all.

Organization
Cases, documents, and deadlines in one place — not scattered across inboxes and folders.
Visibility
Every member of the team sees the same picture. No more asking, no more guessing.
Control
Nothing depends on one person remembering it. The system holds it all together.
