This Cookie Policy (hereinafter: the “Policy”) applies to the lexra.io website (hereinafter: the “Website”) operated by “TESLA QUANTUM CORE” limited liability company, with its registered seat in Banja Luka, adress Jovana Dučića no. 14, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, registration number (MB): 11261094, tax identification number (PIB): 440528300000 (hereinafter: the “Company”).

The terms used in the Company’s Privacy Policy have the same meaning in this Policy. This Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies and similar technologies we use, for what purposes, on what basis, and how you can manage your choices.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file which, when you visit a website, is stored in your web browser or on your device and enables the website, or a specific third party, to recognise you as a visitor. 3. The Lexra Application does not use cookies

The Lexra application itself (the working environment available after login) does not use cookies or similar technologies to track users. The Application does not set session cookies, persistent cookies, third-party cookies, or cookies for analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking purposes. Authentication and user session management are performed using a security token mechanism (JSON Web Token — JWT), with tokens stored and used on the client application side, without the use of browser cookies.

On the public lexra.io Website we use the following categories of cookies:

4.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies enable the basic functions of the Website — navigation, access to protected areas of the site and remembering your cookie choices. The Website cannot function properly without these cookies, and they are therefore set without consent, on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest in ensuring the functioning of the site.

4.2 Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website (number of visits, traffic sources, navigation behaviour), so that we can measure and improve its content and functionality. Analytics cookies are set exclusively with your prior consent, which you give via the cookie management banner on your first visit. Refusing consent does not affect your ability to use the Website.

5. Consent and its withdrawal
