Newsletter Consent

By subscribing to the newsletter, I give my voluntary, explicit, informed and unambiguous consent for “TESLA QUANTUM CORE” limited liability company, with its registered seat in Banja Luka, adress Jovana Dučića no. 14, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, registration number (MB): 11261094, tax identification number (PIB): 440528300000 (hereinafter: the “Company”), to process my personal data — my first and last name and e-mail address — for the purpose of sending information about the activities, benefits, news and events of the Company and the Lexra service (the newsletter), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the following:

• giving consent is voluntary and is not a condition for using the Lexra application or any other service of the Company;
• I may withdraw my consent at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons — by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter message, or by contacting the Company at support@lexra.com;
• withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• after withdrawal of consent, my data collected for this purpose will be deleted or anonymised without undue delay, and at the latest within 10 days of withdrawal;
• detailed information about the processing of personal data, including my rights (the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority), is contained in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
