Reset Your Password

Use this procedure if you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account.

Request a password reset

• On the sign-in page, click Forgotten password.
• Enter the email address associated with your account.
• Click Send.

Set a new password

• Open the password reset email.
• Click the link in the message.
• Enter and confirm your new password.

You can now sign in using your new password.
