Manage Collaborators

Administrators manage user accounts, access rights, and roles within the office.

Note:  If you cannot see these options, you may not have the required permissions. Contact your office administrator.

Create and manage collaborators

  • View all registered users with their name, username, email, and account status.
  • Create new users and assign roles in line with their position in the organisation.
  • Activate or deactivate accounts without deleting the activity history.

User roles and permissions

Access is controlled per module:

Module Available permissions
Activities View and manage personal activities or all office activities.
Cases View and manage personal cases or all office cases.
Documents View, access storage, and manage documents.
Tasks View and manage tasks; access the Kanban view.
Invoices View and manage invoices.
General permissions Access to administrative functions and shared settings.

Tip:  Deactivated users cannot access the system, but their activity history is retained.
