Manage Tasks on the Kanban Board
The Kanban board gives a visual overview of all tasks by status — Open, In Progress, and Completed. Instead of scanning a list, you drag task cards between columns. It is especially useful for offices with several collaborators working across cases at once.
Tasks sit in three columns:
- Open — not yet started.
- In Progress — currently being worked on.
- Completed — finished.
