Tasks
The Tasks module organises and tracks every office obligation — from internal admin to deadlines tied to specific cases. Tasks carry a priority, status, collaborators, and reminders, so nothing slips. Every task is also available on the Kanban board for visual management.

Open the task list
- In the main menu, click Tasks.
The list shows the task name, type, status, priority, and start and end times.

Note: If you cannot see this option, you may not have the required permissions. Contact your office administrator.
Create a new task
- Click Add task (+).

Enter task details
- Name (required) — e.g. Preparation of claim, Document analysis, Main hearing.
- Priority (required) — select from the Priority codebook.
- Task type (required) — select from the Task types codebook (e.g. Administrative, Court, Legal, Research).
- Task status (required) — select from the Task status codebook (e.g. Open, In Progress, Completed).
- Start and end times (required) — select the planned dates.
- Case (optional) — link the task to a case.
- Client (optional) — link the task to a client.
- Description (optional) — additional notes or instructions.
- Is the task completed? (optional) — select if the task is done.

Add collaborators
- Collaborators (optional) — users involved in completing the task. They gain access and can track its status.
- Notify collaborators (optional) — automatically notify all assigned collaborators.

Set a reminder
To be notified before the deadline:
- In the Task reminder field, select the reminder type.
- In the Reminder value field, set when it triggers (e.g. 1 hour, 1 day, or 7 days before the deadline).
The reminder appears through system notifications in the Notifications module.

Save the task
- Click Save.
The task appears in the task list and on the Kanban board. If linked to a case, it also appears in that case's Tasks tab.

View task details
Open a task to review its basic details, linked case and client, collaborators, status, priority, and description.
Edit a task
- Click Edit (pencil icon in the top bar).
- Modify the required details.
- Click Save.
The Activity history section shows every change with the date, time, and user.
