Notifications

The Notifications module is the central place for tracking important events. Notifications are grouped by date and linked to the matching record, so one click opens the task or activity a notification refers to.

Open notifications

• In the main menu, click Notifications.

Notifications are shown chronologically and grouped by date.

View notifications

Each notification shows the type, the name of the linked task or activity, a brief description, and the date and time it was generated.

Search and filter notifications

• Search by name or content.
• Filter by notification type.

Open a linked record

Task and activity names in notifications are direct links. Click a name to open the record.

System notifications

The bell icon in the application header shows the latest notifications on every page. Click the bell for a summary of new events without leaving the current page.
